The existing technology stack for the WARD application was at end of support and the organization needed a more modern data management system to assess the validity and reliability of water quality across the state

The Solution

DEQ didn’t just want technical expertise – they required innovative and creative developers that could meet the tight deadline to upgrade their legacy oracle forms application to a cloud ready architecture. The solution required that the application maintain the same functionality and provide a similar look and feel to avoid a deep learning curve by the DEQ Staff.

Through our dedicated team model, we provided DEQ with a team of experts (1) Application Architect, (2) Fullstack Developers, (1) UI\UX developer, 1 QA Tester and one Project manager to help transform their legacy application.
